Personalised treasure hunt
bookings of all types always get me excited. `Hens` always put themselves out to provide great info/photos about and of the bride to be for a hen party treasure hunt. Team building treasure hunts are the perfect activity to complement a conference or out of office project work. Team building treasure hunts are flexible in terms of content and style. It can be about the participants or you can adopt a theme. A birthday or celebration treasure hunt is by definition more family and friends orientated. There may be challenges related to the year of birth or questions incorporating very specific information that only the family know. The Cluedo treasure hunt is ideal for a contained and relatively restricted area and, of course, has a distinct structure and theme.
Last year I introduced the Brighton Heist Escape treasure hunt. This blog details two things that make it different to all the other types of personalised treasure hunt mentioned above and five original features that you will be presented with that are not available elsewhere.

What makes it different?
1. It is the only treasure hunt option that is truly suitable for all the distinct groups. Hen parties, or stags for that matter, will have a lot of fun racing around Brighton. The team building scenario will ensure that individuals work together to complete this in time and enjoy the varied tasks on route. Birthday and celebration bookings will appreciate this creative and original activity.
A Cluedo treasure hunt is best for team building, and possibly a birthday treasure hunt, but as it is less about where the treasure hunt is sited and maybe not so appropriate for hen/stag parties wishing to discover the lay-out of a new town or city.
2. The Brighton Heist Escape treasure hunt is the only one with an absolute limit of one hour. The others suggest two hours (although flexible to a small extent) in order to complete everything. One hour in a race against the clock and in a race against another team too adds additional layers of tension. You not only need to get to an unknown point in under an hour you then need to score the highest `Escape rating` out of 100 to win! Of course, it is very handy if you have less available free time too. See the sights...get the adrenaline going...win the game.

5 original features you will encounter in the Brighton Heist Escape treasure hunt (but not elsewhere!)
1. You will be given a coloured team armband; a sealed mission envelope and you can only start when your digital clock starts ticking down from one hour.
2. You will be given `money` to bribe someone on route for information! I can say no more other than you had better be in the right place at the right time!
3. Police car sirens. Prove that the police are going the wrong way, and, for the moment, you have managed to give them the slip as you make good your escape.
4. Meet heist mastermind, Black Cat and his identical twin brother who you must find to give you a secret password.
5. A bank heist riddle to solve during the course of the treasure hunt.

There`s plenty more including getting rid of fingerprints and money laundering, but for now why don`t you get in touch on info@blackcattreasurehunts.co.uk and start a booking or give me (Tim) a call on (01323) 655346.
